Lydia works on the art and science of business strategy. She mentors and trains individuals and teams to encourage them to think for themselves, work with others, reflect and learn. She has a knack for engaging groups and facilitating fun learning environments, helping participants learn from each other. Lydia is on the Board of a technology company and is the Chair of a mid-sized UK charity, ensuring that the training she offers is grounded in current experience. Her new venture, Talk Reflection, evolved from her research into the use of new technologies to support collaborative reflection in residential care homes, with the aim of supporting staff to deliver high quality care.

In his mentoring and advisory work, Greg draws on over 25 years of experience at director level in global hi-tech businesses. Time spent as a public company director, group MD and NED have given him a clear insight into the ‘how’ of business success. He has an in-depth understanding of the strategic planning and corporate governance issues that need to be addressed to be successful in raising money on both the public and private markets. Equally at home in both start-up companies and more mature organisations he offers a critical and analytical approach based on personal insights from a career that has spanned digital broadcast media, banking, finance and the process industries.
